information used for orders

We collect your name, email address, optional phone number, chosen books, payment status and order reference to process your purchase, arrange pickup, handle returns and meet accounting obligations. Payment processing takes place at Paysera; we send the order reference, amount, currency and your name/email for that purpose. Card and bank login details are entered at Paysera and are not stored by this website.

We process order information to perform your contract, comply with legal obligations and handle legitimate needs such as fraud prevention, claims and technical security. Checkout does not subscribe you to marketing.

storage and recipients

Order records are stored on the shop's hosting account. Hosting and payment service providers process information needed to deliver their services; relevant records may also be provided to accounting providers and authorities where required. We keep records for as long as needed for the order, returns, legal accounting requirements and claims, and restrict access to people who need them.

browser storage

The cart uses local storage on your device. Necessary session cookies and session storage keep checkout secure and link a payment to your browser. A privacy-preserving hash of your network address is used to limit checkout abuse. We do not add advertising or tracking cookies through this checkout. You can clear the cart and browser storage through your browser settings.
